The Carl Maria von Weber Museum is located in one of the city's oldest half-timbered houses in Dresden's Hosterwitz district. Unfortunately, the exhibitions are not barrier-free. You can reach the museum via a street entrance with steps or a garden entrance with two steps. You enter the building via a step.

There are thresholds and steps in the museum due to the historic floors. The second floor is accessed via a sandstone staircase. There is no elevator. Assistance dogs are not permitted due to the historic floors.
